All of our wedding cakes are covered in a layer of white Belgian chocolate
ganache before we ice them. This allows us to achieve the flawless finish and
sharp edges that make our cakes beautiful.
Buttercream - we use silky smooth swiss meringue buttercream in our cakes
Fruit Cake - can be supplied as an additional 8" cutting cake for £95
